While there are no entry tickets to Mandai Wildlife Reserve as such, each of the four parks have a separate entry ticket that you will need to purchase in order to access it.
While you can see the animals and their habitats inside the ticketed attractions, you can still enjoy the greenery and cool climate in the general areas of the Reserve, free of cost.
If you want to spend a whole day at MWR, go for a combo ticket that includes all four parks. This way you get a better deal on the ticket, and get to skip the hassle of making individual bookings to each attraction.
