What’s not allowed

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside park entrances.

Outside food and drinks (besides small snacks), pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not allowed.

Flash photography is not allowed inside wildlife zones; please be mindful of animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible for a smooth, comfortable visit for everyone.

First-aid stations, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a diaper-changing room, and a nursing room are also available.
