Our visit to Pompeii through this voucher was smooth and comfortable. If you purchase the tickets, keep in mind that you will have to go to a certain gate of the Archeological Park, which is around 15-20 minutes away from the Pompei Scavi train station, to exchange your voucher to the actual tickets for the Park. It is done through a travel agency, they are very kind and helpful, and you can get a guide book for your visit for 15€, which we found extremely helpful, especially if your family members or friends don't speak English very well for a guided tour. Also, with their voucher-to-ticket method, you won't have to stand in line in front of the Park entrance. :)) The only problem with the voucher was that it DID NOT contain the entrance ticket to the Villa dei Misteri (basically the main attraction for an art and history lover) so we had to purchase that for an extra 8€ per person.

What made our visit special was the seamless skip-the-line access. Navigating Naples can be hectic, but Headout allowed my wife and me to bypass the long queues and dive straight into the history. It saved us hours of waiting and let us focus on enjoying our time together.

I can't think of a better way to understand your surroundings in the city and get a sense of what the eruption was like. The guide was approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable, with clear explanations.

Our guide, America, was wonderful. The two-hour tour was incredibly enjoyable and packed with interesting information that takes you back 2,000 years. The ruins were impressive, and the explanations were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Greeted at the meeting point by the very happy, cheerful Daniele. He was exceptionally organised and clear with his instructions. We were taken through by our guide, Michele (Michael), he was incredibly knowledgeable, connected with the group, and entertaining. The walk was quite challenging and exhausting, navigating some difficult terrain at times over 3 hours. It’s definitely not a tour for people with mobility issues. However, it was fascinating to explore the site and learning so much history from Michele. I nearly chose to do this tour independently, but following advice from a close friend, I’m glad I chose this option. This is the second tour I’ve booked with Headout and both times I have been nothing less than impressed. I highly recommend using Headout for booking this tour. Exceptional!!
