It was easy to use - the only thing I would change was to notify people of places where children (or 16 and under) are free.

The 911 memorial was awesome. Very interesting. The Empire State building was absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see New York on a higher level. Fantastic.

Great not having to worry about tickets all the time. However, it did not prevent us from standing in line to redeem tickets in most attractions. Disappointing was Top of the Rock where we had to wait in a long line only to hear at the counter that the next available visit was 1.5 hrs later... we decided not to visit
