• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

• Baby strollers and shopping bags are not allowed inside the venue. These can be stored in the Luggage Room near the entrance.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

• Some exhibits do not allow flash photography due to the health and safety of the animals and will be marked as such.

• Children aged 4 and under are not allowed in this experience.

KidZania Dubai

• Guests over 18 years old are not permitted in certain areas. There is a parent's lounge for those who prefer to relax while their children participate in the activities.

• It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days. Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

• You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

• The average time to visit the Aquarium Tunnel is approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Underwater Zoo, located on Level 2, takes about 45 mins – 1.5 hours.

• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
