The building is spectacular, but it took us an hour to get there because we kept going in circles, and the directions we had for the entrance were incorrect—the signs led us to the apartments, and at no point did they indicate that the entrance was directly through the mall. I think it would be good if they corrected this in the directions.

The view was amazing however I was expecting some information about the Burj and there was nothing not even some written information along the way. If there was an audio presentation we were not offered it. This experience was very different to the View at The Palm which was excellent.

Even with fast-track entry, expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing and elevator queues.

The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj.
