The premium experience is worth it, as soon as you arrive you skip the queue and you also have free internet, while waiting for the elevator in the lounge there are juices and typical foods, on floor 148 there is a fantastic bathroom, and the view is very different from floors 125/124 which are very busy, on floor 148 the juices are delicious and the view is unforgettable!

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was a breathtaking experience. We booked online the SKY tickets with refreshments and it was the very right decision. The process was smooth, and we got fast-track access to the 148th floor with stunning panoramic views of the city, desert, and sea. The experience felt truly VIP from the SKY lounge welcome to the peaceful, uncrowded observation deck. We went during sunset, and the view was absolutely great : watching the city light up from above as the sun set was pure magic. Everything went as planned, all staff were friendly and professional and we loved visiting the Burj Khalifa. Finding the meeting point in the Dubai Mall was not as straightforward as it could have been and I never saw an option to visit the higher floor on the web sight which I would have booked. Overall everything went very well and we all enjoyed visiting the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall very much.

Contrasting Visit to the Top of the Burj Khalifa Our visit to the 148th floor of the Burj Khalifa will be remembered as an exceptional moment. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with impeccable care by the staff, servers. Every detail seemed designed for our comfort in a serene and peaceful atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle below. Unfortunately, this serenity was not mirrored on the lower floors, particularly the 124th and 125th. These levels, though touted as iconic observation points, left us deeply disappointed. The crowd was dense, noisy, and at times, impolite. What was meant to be a contemplative experience turned into a struggle to find a space to breathe. This striking contrast highlights a disturbing reality: that of a selection by money. Access to the much more expensive 148th floor guarantees a high-end experience, while the more accessible intermediate floors sacrifice comfort to quantity. This system creates a palpable division between those who can afford luxury and those who must be content with the essentials. While the Burj Khalifa embodies grandeur and ambition, our visit also reminded us that even at the top of the world, elegance can sometimes depend on the price you pay.Darcy

It was very informative and great relaxing tour. On the 148 floor was well worth the view. Service was excellent in the lounge and they didn't rush you. You can take as much time as you want and the gift shops were very nice. People were very good and polite. Well worth the visit , highly recommend
