Taking ticket in advance was good , the online verification line moved quickly and we were in less than 5 minutes. Headout did share the app which we had to download and that was very helpful . The whole experience was beautiful . Every painting displayed had a story which was beautiful and the audio helped us to understand them better.

Last week

They were waiting for us 15 minutes early to give us the tickets, which we already had in QR format. They explained the tour to us, and since they didn’t have a Spanish-speaking guide, they suggested we download an app with an audio guide in Spanish. It was a shame we didn’t have a Spanish-speaking guide because the other visitors were English and American, and they did have a personal guide. Otherwise, everything was great—a spectacular palace.

Last week
It was great that I was even able to get tickets here at the regular price (including discounted tickets for people under 25). Technically, everything worked great, including the audio guide. I wasn’t too impressed with the instructions about exchanging the voucher for a ticket. Fortunately, we didn’t have to exchange anything at all. We also just stood in line like everyone else and couldn’t find a fast track. But it only took about 15–20 minutes. ;-)

The online ticket-purchasing process went smoothly, and entry was quick and easy. However, you should still expect a short wait, so it’s best to arrive a little before your scheduled entry time; also, don’t forget to bring a shawl or scarf to cover your bare shoulders.
