Getting started

Arrive at Hydro Watersports Dubai, Dukes the Palm Hotel Beach Area, 10 minutes before your scheduled time. After check-in, receive a brief safety orientation from professional staff and gear up with your life jacket before boarding the banana boat.

What’s not allowed

Participation is not allowed for guests who are medically or physically unfit, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, or similar conditions.

Children under 11 years old are not permitted to participate.

Hotel pick up and drop off, tips and gratuities, and insurance are not included.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

Participants must be aged 11 or above. Guests aged 12–16 require a guardian to sign a liability release form.

Travelers must know how to swim to join the activity.

Arrive at the meet-up location (Hydro Watersports Dubai, Dukes the Palm Hotel Beach Area, next to Oceana Residences) at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Your voucher is valid only on the specified date.

Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm(last admission at 4:30pm).

Present your mobile voucher and passport on arrival.

Guests who do not meet the eligibility or health requirements will not be allowed to participate.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
