About Planet Hollywood

Planet Hollywood is one of the most unique resorts in the Las Vegas Strip. While the original property began as Tally Ho resort in 1963, the current Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino only came into being in 2007. The unique feature of Planet Hollywood is its homage to popular films - each of the 2,500 rooms are designed based on a movie, featuring props and memorabilia from the actual film.

With a massive casino, fancy restaurants, and the famous Miracle Mile Shops retail space, the resort is one of the most popular spots in Las Vegas. It is in Miracle Mile Shops that most Las Vegas Planet Hollywood shows are held. Some of the well known theatres include V Theatre and Saxe Theatre.

Navigating the V Theatre Seating Chart

V Theatre is a unique venue - it has two showrooms (the theatre and Club Z), and hosts multiple shows. Given the intimate nature of the theatre, you can get good views from most seats (except the limited view and end row seats). Here, we discuss the V Theatre.

VIP Section: The rows in the front offer the best views of the show. The seats are comfortable and you get a direct view of the stage, free of obstruction. The best seats in this section are those between rows A-C. While there are seats that are right around the table, you may have to crane your neck if you are watching a show with aerialists.

General Admission Section: With only 132 seats, the General Admission section is fairly smaller than the VIP section. There are no wheelchair accessible seats in this section. The view from here is decent, as long as it's not from the last few rows.
Please note, that for Popovich Comedy Theater, Limited Visibility seats are part of the General Admission section.

Which Seats Offer the Best View in V Theatre?

Rows AA-C offer the best views in the house given their close proximity to the stage. However, given that these seats are in the VIP Seating section, tickets can get a little expensive.
Please note that row AA is unavailable for Popovich Comedy Pet Theater.

Which Seats Offer the Best Value for Money in V Theatre?

As mentioned above, the view from almost anywhere in the theatre is pretty good. You could opt for General Admission tickets, but that would be too far from the stage. Try going for seats in rows D-H to get a good view for a fair price.

The V2 Theatre at the Planet Hollywood is an intimate and compact theatre and has a total of 198 seats. It is the perfect seating arrangement for a live and interactive show. It is divided into three seating areas – The VIP seating area, General Audience seating area and the Balcony seating area.

The VIP seating area has the 86 seats and has all the seats facing the front of the stage. All the seat numbers are linear and have no odd-even numbering. There is no wheelchair seating in the entire theatre. For Aussie Heat, the VIP Seating area consists of only the first row.

The General Admission seating area has 105 seats and is divided into five segments. Two segments each on the right and left side of the stage and one segment right behind the VIP area. Please note that the rows E (13-16), F (14-17) and G (7-9) are slightly askew and located in a corner and do not offer a good viewing experience.

Please note that the seats vary slightly for Aussie Heat. The VIP seating area is just the first row. Rows D-F in the extreme left constitute the General Admission area, as do the box, and rows E-H on the left hand side. The rest of the seats come under Preferred Seating.

Which Seats Offer the Best View in V2 Theatre?

The V2 Theatre is a compact theatre and has decent seats throughout. The VIP seating has the best seats and all the seating offers good views of the stage. The general admission seating needs to be selected carefully for the best views.

The aisle seats in all the rows from A to H offer good views of the stage, however the seats towards the walls can be boxed in. Avoid the rows D, E and F on the left side of the stage and E, F, G on the right side of the stage as they can feel alienated from the rest of the theatre.

Which Seats Offer the Best Value for Money in V2 Theatre?

The VIP seating area tickets cost more than the general admission seating area. However, they are worth the money as they offer the best views of the show. You can also choose to print the tickets at home and go straight inside the theatre without waiting in lines.

Yet, if you are seeking the best value for your money or are searching for the best budget option then the general admission seating is your best choice. The general seating rows of A, B and C are the best value for money and offer the best views of the stage.

Navigating the Club Z, V Theatre Seating Chart

v theatre club z Seating Chart

Club Z, V Theatre is a small theatre with a total of 199 seats, with 129 of them in the VIP Quarantine Zone and 70 in the General Admission Section.

VIP Quarantine Zone: The rows in the front offer the best view of the show as the theatre doesn’t have an elevated seating and the chairs are all level to the ground. The upbeat show is known to involve the audience, so if you are seated in the front of the theatre, chances are that you will become part of the amazing showcase. The VIP Zone stretches from Row A in the front to Row N beyond the middle of the theatre. Row L has five wheelchair accessible seats (1 to 5).

General Admission Section: With only 8 rows and 70 seats, the general admission section forms a small part of the theatre. Though the tickets to this section are slightly cheaper, the view of the stage may not be so good. With no elevation, the seats at the back may not allow you to engage actively in the show.

Which Seats Offer the Best View in Club Z?

Given how compact this theatre is, the best seats are those in rows A-J as they are closest to the stage. However, if you get seats beyond row D, it is best to try and gets seats 1-7 in those rows.

Which Seats Offer the Best Value for Money in Club Z?

If you don't fancy spending too much on a show, you can get seats in the General Admission section, particularly rows O-Q. However, given that the difference between the two sections isn't much, your best bet is to try for seats in the VIP Seating area.

The General Reserved Seating is skewed to the right of the theatre and tapers down towards the end. The last rows W and X have only four seats, which must definitely be avoided. The General Reserved seating is the best option for those seeking budget-friendly options. The views are as good because the theatre is fairly small.
