The park was great and my son loved it, especially being able to feed the kangaroos. Also loved the gift shop. Only compliant was they needed more staff at entrance and have line for pre booked tickets and also more staff at cafe, very slow service.

An excellent way to experience a lot of interesting animals, including gentle patting of kangaroos! Compact and easier for children and those who don't like long walks! Tickets via Headout accidently charged for an extra adult but after notififying at Ballarat Wildlife Park on entry, Headout were prompt and polite with the important refund after I emailed. Thanks Ballarat Wildlife Park for a wonderful time with my grandchildren (7&10yrs) and thanks to Headout!

Big cats & tiny penguins

Prepare to be amazed by Kai and Akasha, the majestic Sumatran/Siberian tigers, lounging in their state-of-the-art sanctuary. Then, contrast these big cats with a visit to the Little Penguin exhibit, featuring the world's smallest penguin species. New additions to the park include six playful meerkats and five cuddly koala joeys. Enhance your visit with live shows where you can learn about snakes, meet friendly wombats, and watch birds of prey soar. It's a wild adventure perfect for the whole family!
