We visited the Burj Khalifa observation deck in January 2026. I bought tickets through Headout. The website is well-designed and easy to use. There is an interesting selection of tours. After each ticket purchase, I received an additional discount on my next purchase. This is appealing. The visit to Burj Khalifa itself was wonderful. The staff are very helpful to visitors and keep the queues organized. Be prepared for queues, as they are unavoidable. There are many people who want to go up to the 124th and 125th floors. The views from the top are beautiful. It is immediately apparent that the city is growing rapidly, and what I saw now will be a completely different picture in a couple of years. Therefore, it cannot be said that once you have been there, this attraction will become irrelevant on your next visits to Dubai. It will always be interesting and beautiful here!

I recently visited AYA Universe and it was truly a beautiful and artistic experience. Every room had its own unique theme and immersive atmosphere — it really feels like stepping into another world. The visuals, lights, and sound effects were all perfectly designed and very creative. What made the experience even better was the staff.     It didn’t feel very special to me. At the end of the day, you’re inside a very tall building looking at the city from above. I booked the sunrise slot for Floors 124 and 125, but it didn’t feel any different or extraordinary. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. They do provide a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, or a carbonated soft drink) along with a donut. The coffee and donut were actually very good. The entry is through Dubai Mall. The sunrise slot starts at 5:00 AM, but the actual sunrise was closer to 7:00 AM. At 5:00 AM, the crowd is very low, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city lights at night. As the day begins, the crowd increases significantly. If you’re going for sunrise, you need to go early and secure a good spot. Otherwise, it becomes very crowded, and you may not even get a clear view through the glass — especially at the popular viewpoints. Avoid the extreme north and south ends; the middle section offers a better sunrise view. You can also watch from the stairs leading to Floor 125. In my opinion, the view from Floor 124 is better than Floor 125.

    Exceptional Last-Minute Booking for Burj Khalifa! I decided on a whim to visit the Burj Khalifa and needed last-minute tickets for the 124th and 125th floors (At The Top).     The desert safari driver was rude at first and took us to the quad bike location. All these quad activities are paid which is not clearly mentioned anywhere while booking. We made the booking thinking it's optional for us to do it, not pay for it additionally. Secondly Burj Khalifa queues took hours so you can't actually arrive at any one right time as they just put everyone in the same queue regardless of your time slots.
