Located at the main atrium of Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah’s trunk, this is the sole public entrance for Aura Sky Pool. Look for clear signage directing you to the Aura Sky Pool check-in desk. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access, elevators, and wide corridors. Staff are available to assist with directions and accessibility needs. After check-in, guests are escorted to dedicated elevators that take you directly to Level 50, where the pool and lounge await.
Regular Hours: Aura Sky Pool is open daily with fixed session slots:
- Sunrise Session: 6:00am – 9:00am
- Morning Session: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Session: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Evening Session: 8:00pm – 11:00pm
- Full Day Pass: 10:00am – 7:00pm
