• This experience is not wheelchair accessible, but the crew is happy to help you board.

Additional information

• The cruise accommodates a maximum of 35 guests.

• The skipper decides the final route on the day and may deviate due to closures, events or canal traffic, but always tries to include as many highlights as possible.

• Please be at the jetty 10 minutes before departure. Look for the crew in blue KINboat shirts – they'll scan your ticket and show you to the boat.

• Children up to 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Babies and toddlers under 3 travel free (on your lap).

• Folded strollers are welcome on board.

• Dogs are welcome on board.

• In rain, the cruise will operate on a boat with a roof where possible. In severe weather, the operator may cancel the departure, and you can rebook free of charge or get a full refund.

• The skippers guide in English but are happy to answer questions in Dutch.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
