We had a fantastic canal cruise in Amsterdam. The captain / tour guide truly made the experience - he created a relaxed atmosphere from the start, made everyone feel comfortable, and kept us entertained with good jokes throughout the ride. It didn’t feel like a standard tour, but more like a personal, engaging experience on the water. The combination of beautiful views and a great guide made it memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back, and next time we’re bringing friends and family along. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant experience, though be careful when boarding—we were asked to wait for another boat even though this was the one we were supposed to take, and we had to insist before we could board... Other than that, the tour was enjoyable with the audio guide; we learned a lot more about Amsterdam.

Everything is perfectly visible through the glass panes, unlike boats with plastic sheeting. Nice and warm in winter because the boat is closed, but you can open the roof to create a springtime feeling. We can recommend it!

I really enjoyed sitting there and looking around. It would have been nice to have a little more information from the audio guide. I think it's a shame that the headphones are disposable. Too much waste!
