I did have an issue with a ticket and had to pay for it again. I don't recommend buying tickets in advance if it's your first time in Rome and you're not sure how to get to your accommodation. They weren't very helpful and didn't assist me; I could see both tickets, but they wouldn't let me open them. I'm giving them 5 stars because the buses were clean and on time, etc., but they were not helpful at all.

It is the most amazing experience with the bus transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Rome. The instruction was very clear as where the bus station is located and how to get there. The bus is full, so I am glad I purchased the tickets ahead of time. You just dropped off your luggage and have a leisurely ride into Rome. The Terriavison bus service to Fiumicino Airport is seamless. Buses are waiting at the side of Rome Temini as they indicated. Just scan your tickets, drop off luggages in the luggage compartment of the bus, get in and away you go. No dragging the luggage up and down the stairs all over the place. Very convenient indeed.
