Using Skybus to get to the airport was so easy. At the departure terminal the singer was very clear and staff helpful when checking digital ticket. The bus driver was very competent and her welcome greeting sounded genuine. Details relayed regarding drop off procedure were concise and given with plenty of time to take it all in. The only minor issue I have was with the online booking was that I couldn't find how to nominate a time I wanted to catch the bus.. This option may be on the site and I missed it , Ali I couldn't see how often the Skybus departed for the airport, once again this information may be on the site and I missed. Despite the minor issues with online booking I would definitely use Skybus again.

When I first got to the red big shuttle bus the gentleman told me to go the lady and she would help me out its first I have travelled on the sky bus to southern cross then scanned my mobile then got on the bus the driver he said give me your suitcase he put on the rack it a to go really fast the journey it did for me anyway Iam very impressed about the setup of the sky bus journey from where you get on to where you get off very ,very,very happy I would use the again ,again if I had and will tell all my friends about my lovely experience

There was a bus parked there when I arrived, but the employees at the queue area said that I couldn't get on. The bus was there for another few minutes before it departed. And I only had a backpack/small bag with me. They were nice and apologetic about it, and said the next bus would only be a few minutes later. The next bus was 15 min later; I don't mind waiting but just be upfront about the schedule and wait time to set expectations. The actual bus ride was smooth and comfortable.

I enjoyed the trip from Tullamarine T3 to the drop off point in Southern Cross Rail Station. Coach was modern and comfortable, ticket check staff and driver were warm and friendly. Ticket purchase via smartphone screen felt fussy and difficult. I won't do it again - I thought it would be something to do while waiting for a suitcase at bag claim. Next trip, I will choose the kiosk to buy the ticket.

The ride was excellent seeing views of Melbourne city from the top deck of a double-decker bus. Having pre-purchased my ticket on line, made catching the bus easier. Buses departed every 10 minutes so didn't have to wait long and they even have racks to store bulky luggage items.

Friendly helpful driver, proactive in helping with heavy bags and so on. Super convenient, clean and comfortable. Great staff. Great value. Super conveneinet for trains, trams and cabs the other end. I never use a taxi to get into the city now!

The bus was ready to leave but the staff were very helpful, the driver helped carry the bags on and the lady on the concourse took our trolley to put away for us. What friendly people.
