There was a bus parked there when I arrived, but the employees at the queue area said that I couldn't get on. The bus was there for another few minutes before it departed. And I only had a backpack/small bag with me. They were nice and apologetic about it, and said the next bus would only be a few minutes later. The next bus was 15 min later; I don't mind waiting but just be upfront about the schedule and wait time to set expectations. The actual bus ride was smooth and comfortable.

The bus was 95% full, other passengers assisted with moving bags for my daughter and i to allow our bags to go into the luggage area, the bus driver took off without a outing they were about to move. My daughter fell onto another passenger, we slowly made our way up stairs and others pointed out spare seats. The trip was a good one apart from that. Yes i would recommend and yes i would travel on the bus again.

I enjoyed the trip from Tullamarine T3 to the drop off point in Southern Cross Rail Station. Coach was modern and comfortable, ticket check staff and driver were warm and friendly. Ticket purchase via smartphone screen felt fussy and difficult. I won't do it again - I thought it would be something to do while waiting for a suitcase at bag claim. Next trip, I will choose the kiosk to buy the ticket.

So easy to locate the sky bus straight outside the terminal. Very friendly drivers. Plenty of storage facilities r your luggage and so much say to book the the app. Great service all round and would definitely use for future travel.

Too easy! Only downside was the wifi wasn't working but other then that it was a nice comfortable ride to the airport
