It was very crowded and we had to search for a while to find the right bus. But after that, everything worked out well.

The driver was fine and drove carefully. There was a constant loud rattling coming from the back of the bus, very irritating, something was loose. It maybe the washroom door or a luggage door. Possible safety issue.
