The Alibus is a great connection between the airport and the city. I can't say I enjoyed it, though. The bus is very crowded, and it's awkward with your luggage.

The ride on the Alibus went very well. However, it was difficult because hardly anyone had bought tickets online beforehand. As a result, there was a long delay, for example at the central station where many people got on, because everyone bought a ticket individually. But of course, that's not Headout's fault. Buying the ticket in advance through them worked very well.

The easiest route between the airport and city centre, stops right outside Napoli Garibaldi station. Queues can be long but buses are every 10-15 minutes and journey time is similar. Buses are usually very crowded. Having your ticket in advance definitely helps.

The bus service from Alibus to the airport was fast and affordable. Great service. After booking, we were notified the location was in front of the Maratime carpark down by the port, which wasn't a problem but had we known the bus also stopped at the train station that would have suited ourselves a lot more but all in all great service. Thanks.

It was so easy to purchase my ticket online. Since I purchased it in advance I did not have to wait in the long line and got onto the bus right away. Others had to wait since they waited to purchase ticket on the bus.

Boarding the bus was extremely slowed by the ticket purchase onboard; the possibility to get the ticket online in 5 mins while in the queue was handy! Next time I'll know where to buy it in advance.

Getting around Naples

At the airport, the bus stop is located on Viale F. Ruffo di Calabria, close to the P3 parking entrance.
