The bus service from Alibus to the airport was fast and affordable. Great service. After booking, we were notified the location was in front of the Maratime carpark down by the port, which wasn't a problem but had we known the bus also stopped at the train station that would have suited ourselves a lot more but all in all great service. Thanks.

Bought tickets for Alibus online before journeying to Naples. the only comment I have is that the bus location at Garibaldi terminal was difficult to find. Other than that the experience was fine.

Everything is very well signposted. As soon as you leave the airport, you’ll see signs for Alibus; just scan the code from the tickets you bought on Headout right on the bus, and you’re all set. It only stops at Piazza Garibaldi and the port. Honestly, with all the traffic chaos in Naples, this service is a real lifesaver.

Easy to use. Signage provided on the street side for the actual bus stop was a bit confusing but I just followed the bus to the stop. Convenient service.
