Visited Lisbon Oceanarium and it’s one of the best indoor activities in the city. Well-organized, clean, and genuinely impressive exhibits. It’s easy to navigate, not overwhelming, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Tickets can be busy depending on the time/day, so booking ahead helps. Overall: worth the price, great experience, and I’d happily go again.

The aquarium completely amazed us with its appearance and content. We saw some fish and animals for the first time in our lives, such as this interesting and beautiful seahorse and colorful sea sponges. Our teenagers were also delighted with the aquarium. We spent a wonderful 2 hours exploring the aquarium + half an hour of an interesting exhibition.

There were plenty of ocean life to see. I loved seeing the school of fish. Looking at the biggest fish was great as I was like wow one of those can feed you for a month. I enjoyed the theater as well showing the power of water. I took a picture of the purple coral to show my purple loving people. A great experience!

A place that seems to breathe with the ocean. Lisbon's Oceanário is not just a visit, it is a slow, hypnotic immersion in a blue world that changes rhythm with every step. The central tank is a beating heart: sharks, rays and fish dance in silence as if time has decided to slow down to watch them better. The environments are curated, designed to amaze without ever becoming chaotic. Each ecosystem tells a different story, with clear panels and a layout that invites curiosity, even in adults. Perfect for families, couples or solo travelers in search of wonder. You leave with the feeling that you have traveled much farther than the map says. An elegant, educational and deeply relaxing experience. Absolutely not to be missed in Lisbon 🌊🐠

Evaluation The aquarium itself is well looked after, but the overall experience was disappointing. From the photos and the description, I expected a much larger structure, while in reality the route is quite limited and takes very little time. he other aspect that left me unsatisfied was the presence of many attractions and facilities that seem to serve only to "fill you up", to the detriment of a greater variety of tanks or really interesting animals. At some points, it looks more like a scenic exhibition route than a real aquarium. Given the price of the ticket and the fame of the place, I was expecting something more complete and immersive. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but it clearly falls short of expectations.
