What to bring

Wild Wadi & Burj Al Arab

• Bring a valid ID for your visit. If you are booking the UAE resident pass, your Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.

What's not allowed

Wild Wadi Water Park

• Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.

• Inappropriate swimwear includes (but not restricted to): Underwear, cotton clothes, especially long, flowing garments, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs such as rivets or other accessories on the back, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal details such as buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and/or water slides, any clothing or accessory deemed potentially damaging to water slides, regular diapers/nappies.

• Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not permitted for safety purposes. Lanyards are available to purchase on-site.

• For the health and safety of all guests, please do not swim if you or anyone in your family has diarrhea, especially babies and toddlers in diapers.

• For hygiene, infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail outlets. Please use the changing facilities in the men's and women's changing rooms, as diaper changes are not allowed poolside.

• The following items are prohibited: outside food and beverages; glass items; intoxication; queue jumping; running and diving; devices that contain exposed needles that do not retract into the device, or with other sharp points or edges.

Inside Burj al Arab: Luxury Guided Tour

• Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed in the main lobby of the venue.

• Strict dress code: It is advisable to wear smart and casual attire. Knee-length shorts are allowed for all genders. Beachwear is not permitted inside the venue.

Accessibility

Wild Wadi Water Park

• Some water rides are active, participatory activities and carry a risk of injury. For your safety, do not use these attractions if you are pregnant, have medical restrictions on physical activity, are overweight for your body type, or are under a doctor's care.

• This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.

• Before riding, please assess your own limitations to ensure safe participation, and always be aware of the water depth in all pools.

Additional Information

Wild Wadi Water Park

• Guests may bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.

• For your comfort, the water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round, staying cool in summer and warm in winter.

• Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.

• For hygiene, please don't spit in the water and shower before using the slides.

• You're welcome to use your GoPro on all rides except Jumeirah Sceirah, provided it has an attached strap.

Inside Burj al Arab: Luxury Guided Tour

• Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• This experience is restricted to a maximum of 26 guests.

• Guests arriving late will be moved to the next tour based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

• Tours typically run 60-90 minutes. If you're treating yourself to one of our hospitality packages, they start 2 hours after your tour begins.

• Tour access is limited to the 25th floor and inside Burj Al Arab areas.

• The tour is operated in English with Arabic speakers available when requested in advance. Other languages are supported in the digital interactives of the Experience Suite, including Arabic, Russian, and Mandarin.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Group size is restricted to a maximum of 12 guests

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
