We are more than satisfied. The tour is really interesting and highly recommended. We saw a lot and learned great stories and details. Also very flexible. We had booked the English tour by mistake. This was sorted out on the spot in 5 minutes and we were then able to join the tour with a German-speaking guide. Bossa was great and gave us lots of interesting information. Top all round. Highly recommended, especially our guide

Ticketing experience was good. Our guide, Bossa, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Her commentary was very inclusive of all members of the group, relevant and illuminating. She is a credit to the tour guide 'profession'. After our tour with her, it is easy to understand why Westminster Abbey is widely acknowledged as one of the most special places in England, if not the world. Loved the walk up to Buckingham and St James' palaces also.

Our guide, Alexandra, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate how she organized the trip and helped with photos.. We had trouble finding our group on a busy corner with other tour groups meeting at the same location. There was a lot of commotion with the police at the time and we found our group later, after joining the wrong group.. Suggest starting in a more unique spot, and with a description of the contact.

The tour was really knowledgeable and nice. We loved how she knew exactly where to put us so we could well see the change of the guard. Recommend.

First, I want to say that we absolutely loved our guide, Arianna. She was phenomenal and we would take a tour with her anywhere. My reasons for are 3 stars as follows: 1) we arrived at our meeting site promptly when we were supposed to. We sat there for 45 minutes until the tour was supposed to start. Still, no guide. I called the support number and was told that the booking time had been changed to a later time and that we had been emailed. Except, we never received any email. 2) when the tour finally did start, for hours we walked all around the outside of buckigham palace and through park as we learned British history. After doing this for 2 hours we finally made it to Westminster abbey. And walked for another full hour.. 3) That is where our tour guide left us. While she did give us a tip on where to sit and what time to get there, we did not see the changing of the guard.

The guide had a lot of energy and good humor. Quite attentive. Lots of relevant information and curiosities. Though, concerning Big Ben, the information was very poor. It could easily be the high point of the experience.
