The tour was really knowledgeable and nice. We loved how she knew exactly where to put us so we could well see the change of the guard. Recommend.Natalia

First, I want to say that we absolutely loved our guide, Arianna. She was phenomenal and we would take a tour with her anywhere. My reasons for are 3 stars as follows: 1) we arrived at our meeting site promptly when we were supposed to. We sat there for 45 minutes until the tour was supposed to start. Still, no guide. I called the support number and was told that the booking time had been changed to a later time and that we had been emailed. Except, we never received any email. 2) when the tour finally did start, for hours we walked all around the outside of buckigham palace and through park as we learned British history. After doing this for 2 hours we finally made it to Westminster abbey. And walked for another full hour.. 3) That is where our tour guide left us. While she did give us a tip on where to sit and what time to get there, we did not see the changing of the guard.Karolina

Very extensive knowledge, it was a pleasure to listen, great time, great interaction with the children. Highly recommended. Best regards to Mr. Ulrich.Alberto

The guide had a lot of energy and good humor. Quite attentive. Lots of relevant information and curiosities. Though, concerning Big Ben, the information was very poor. It could easily be the high point of the experience.
