My driver arrived at the wrong hotel, leaving us to wait for over an hour to be picked up. Once we were finally collected and dropped off at the water park, we were told only one of the tickets id been sent were valid. Therefor creating more unnecessary confusion, the driver then had to intervene so we could enter the water park. An overall unsatisfactory experience for the price that was paid.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

When using waterslides, the following are not permitted: Jewelry, t-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, cut-off jeans, and glasses.

Guests suffering from chronic health conditions, those who have undergone recent surgery, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic back or heart conditions are not recommended to use the waterslides.

Additional information

Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment in Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, and you can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.

Children under 6 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Yellow Zone Area : Pecatu, Uluwatu, Dalung, Ubud, Munggu, Abiansemal, kediri, Gianyar.

Green Zone Area: Nusa Dua, Petitenget, Sanur, Seminyak, Tanjung Benoa.

Blue Zone Area : Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Kedonganan, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Tuban.

The driver will wait for 4 hours for free. Post that, it is chargeable at IDR 50,000 per hour paid directly to the driver.
