We had a fantastic night and morning. Hike was tougher than expected but Cam our tour guide drove us on. The highlight of the whole trip was our driver Odjie who was on point with everything! Brought pillows for us to nap after our 1am pick up on the way to the hike and then played some unreal tunes the whole way back! Brought us for coffee which was vitally needed. Genuine and a very knowledgable driver to manage the traffic of Bali. He's the man, thanks Odjie!

The tour was well organized . I even had last minute changes which they accommodated . On time . Guide was very nice. She was very attentive on the whole trail. One thing to mention though trail isn't easy I would say moderate . Some people found it hard . They served a nice breakfast on the top. Overall amazing experience

Our guide was Jhak—he was fantastic. He took great care of us, took incredible photos, and always made sure we felt comfortable staying as long as we wanted at each stop. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy this incredible experience.

We were picked up from our hotel, taken with a jeep to mt batur, black lava fields and to the natural springs. After that we drove to a coffee plantation, where we got to try different flavors of coffee and tea. All in all it was a fun experince. The one thing we have to mention is that the jeeps don't go all the way to the summit, you stop halfway up the mountain. The view of the sunrise is still great (shout out to our jeep driver Delon for taking some great pics of us at surise), but if you want to see it from the summit you should choose the tour with the trek to the top.

We are a party of over 70's and we all had a wonderful day. From the moment we were picked up at 2.45 am to the time we were dropped off at 3pm the adventure was as advertised. Our 1st driver was easy to talk to and explained what would happen on the trip. Our 4x4 driver was polite and very helpful. He took some photo's of us and got us a good vantage point for the sunrise. The sunrise was spectacular, the black lava was interesting. We then went to the hot spring complex. We were told there were 6 pools but we only went in 2. The water is a bit above my bath temperature but quiet enjoyable, then the last stop, the coffee plantation. We tasted the free samples but declined to purchase the other one. Overall, it was a long day but enjoyable. Would recommend the trip, but be warned, you have to climb up and then into the back of the jeep. No easy thing for the not so young.
