Absolutely incredible experience hiking Mount Batur with Headout! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and stress-free. The pickup was right on time, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and encouraging throughout the climb. The hike itself was challenging but completely worth it — reaching the summit just in time for sunrise was honestly one of the most breathtaking moments I’ve ever experienced. The views were unreal, and having a warm breakfast cooked with volcanic steam at the top was such a unique touch! I really appreciated how safe and supported I felt the entire time, especially in the darker early morning hours. Our night trek to Mount Batur was truly an unforgettable experience. It’s one of those moments that will stay with us for a lifetime. Watching the sunrise from the top after hiking in the dark felt absolutely magical. The trek itself was not too difficult, which made it enjoyable even without being super experienced hikers. What really made the difference was our amazing guide, Wikan. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were okay and comfortable, and his positive energy kept us going. At the summit, he even prepared a delicious breakfast for us, which made the whole experience even more special. A big thank you also goes to our driver, Andi, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. He was always willing to adjust to our requests and made the whole trip smooth and stress-free. We just had an amazing trip to Mt. Batur for Sunrise, which was followed by a visit in the Hot Springs and a Coffee Plantation. We had an amazing hike, the view on the summit was amazing! Our driver Kadek Putra was an excellent driver, who picked us up at the hotel and brought us to all required destinations. He was always on point and we felt very Safe with him. Our hiking-guide Njoman was also an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge and very good photo skills! All people have been super kind, we would definetly book this trip again!

Kadek my tour guide was amazing!! He was so friendly, patient. He is a perfect if you need a private tour which i highly recommend for a beginner- intermediate level.(to take your time so you don't feel the pressure) If it's your first time or have done a few easy hikes this is a medium level hike. The way down was more challenging for me than the way up. So I ended up taking the motorcycle down safely. (Additional Cost service- it's a different company you need to negotiate)

The toyr was amazing and we had the absolute best view ever. It was unbelivable. Our guide Maggi was soo nice and stayed with us through the whole time. Seh made the best photos of us and treated us with a nice breakfast at the top of the mountain. Our driver Purna was really nice and drove us to and back from the mountain. He was really kind to us. Overall it was just an amazing experience and I would totaly recommend it :)

The sunrise trek was amazing, awesome volcanic views, lake, crater, and Mt Agung in the distance. While at the top a whole bunch of monkeys came right up to us. Guides Manze and Sanjaya were great 10/10, super friendly, accomodating and competent. Would highly recommend the trek to anyone with a basic level of fitness.

Start early, before dawn. You’ll be picked up from your hotel in a shared or private vehicle, depending on your ticket. Drive to the base of Mount Batur, where your guide will greet you. Show your booking confirmation and ID at the entry point. Quick security check before the trek begins—no large bags or outside food allowed.
