We had an amazing experience on the Mount Batur jeep tour! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Kadek was our driver and he took us to the foot of the mountain, where we met our jeep guide Putraya for the ride up and a visit to the impressive black lava fields. Afterwards, Kadek took us to a coffee plantation, which was a lovely way to finish the tour. The coffee tasting is definitely a must-do! The company did a fantastic job organising everything, and we would 100% recommend this experience! Thanks again to Kadek, he was amazing!

A superb experience and an absolute must-do in Bali! We were picked up in front of our homestay by a taxi, and then, after a coffee and a bottle of water, headed out in a jeep—thanks to Kadek, our driver—all the way to the summit of Mount Batur. The hot springs are a magnificent and deeply relaxing continuation of this tour. The 5 stars are more than justified.

We spent a wonderful morning on this excursion to Mount Batur and we are really delighted with our experience. A big thank you to Kupit, our first driver, who picked us up from our hotel and accompanied us with great kindness and good humor. He is very friendly, punctual, and drives really well. We really enjoyed chatting with him and were very happy to have him as our driver. He also accompanied us for the Luwak coffee tasting and then brought us back to our hotel safely. We would also like to thank Patrick, our jeep driver and guide. He was kind. He took the time to accompany us, explain the different places to us, and take photos of us 📸❤️. We are very satisfied with the excursion, the organization, and especially the kindness of Kupit and Patrick. We are a party of over 70's and we all had a wonderful day. From the moment we were picked up at 2.45 am to the time we were dropped off at 3pm the adventure was as advertised. Our 1st driver was easy to talk to and explained what would happen on the trip. Our 4x4 driver was polite and very helpful. He took some photo's of us and got us a good vantage point for the sunrise. The sunrise was spectacular, the black lava was interesting. We then went to the hot spring complex. We were told there were 6 pools but we only went in 2. The water is a bit above my bath temperature but quiet enjoyable, then the last stop, the coffee plantation. We tasted the free samples but declined to purchase the other one. Overall, it was a long day but enjoyable. Would recommend the trip, but be warned, you have to climb up and then into the back of the jeep. No easy thing for the not so young.

Without a doubt, the absolute highlight of our time in Bali! Wardana is a true 10/10 driver and guide. He took us to Mount Batur, waited patiently for us while we relaxed at the Batur Natural Hot Spring, drove us to sample Luwak coffee, and brought us safely back to Ubud. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to -we had great conversations with him throughout the entire trip. You can tell he truly cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. Meeting him was the best part of our Bali trip. We can't recommend Wardana enough! Thank you for everything!

Really good expérience, the oragnisation was perfect and all in time. Our driver Dedy was really nice and arrive to pick exactly at the time scheduled as well as retourn us to the hotel at the end of the day. As well our jeep/tour guide Gede was a really good driver and explain us a lot of things. I really reccome d the experience with all the activities proposed!
