Important Information

• During Stage III of the Queensland government’s COVID-19 response, there will be limitations on visitor capacity at wildlife shows, reduced passenger numbers on boat cruises, and limited seating in Lilies Restaurant

• Interactive behind the scenes tour Big Croc Feed, Reptastic 5, and Zootastic 5 are available but limited numbers

• Lilies Restaurant will be operating on a limited menu during the COVID recovery period. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and can dine in the park. No BYO alcohol, please. Take away food is obtainable

• Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult

• Make sure to provide your correct contact details on entry, exercise social distancing and frequently wash/sanitize your hands

• If you display any signs of illness symptomatic to COVID-19, you will be denied entry

• Failure to comply with any instructions from the staff may result in your expulsion from the property

• Most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) are accepted. Payment by credit/debit card is preferred and appreciated

Children aged 4-15yrs, as well as families with 2 adults and 2 children, enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry valid photo IDs)

Getting There

• Go by private vehicle or hire a car - parking is free

• Look for the Brown and White signs on the highway at Wangetti; the car park is just 100 metres off the Captain Cook Highway

• Please note due to limited internet/data coverage at the location, some navigation systems may not recognise the private access road. Turn off the highway, then left at the road named Harry Freeman Drive
