Very confusing for me personally to distinguish what time pick up was from...11.35am, or 11.40am or 12.55pm pickup times. Maybe it was partly my mistake for interpreting the pickup information wrong but would of been nice to have received consistent pick up time. What exactly was 11.35am or 11.40 time for? I guess I will never know. Very confusing and made me feel stupid. Waited at pickup venue for a very long time and do not fault the driver or company but seem as though Headout doesn't really understand how to give consistent and helpful information out. Also when I originally booked tickets I wasn't able to select a time even though there was a click prompt to pick the time. Very weird.

We had a wonderful time at Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures! 🐊 Everything was so smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. Getting in was hassle-free, and we really enjoyed having our photo taken with the snake. 🐍 One of the highlights was tasting crocodile, which was such a unique experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was plenty to see and enjoy. A fantastic day out and definitely an experience we’ll remember! 😊🐊

Great Tour and Fabulous Staff - the crocodiles are a must see

Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, located north of Cairns, is the best spot in tropical north Queensland to see crocodiles and other Australian wildlife. Once you are on board, sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery as you drive through the Captain Cook Highway to the attraction. Along the route, our driver will entertain you with insights about the park.

Begin your experience with a boat ride through the Melaleuca wetlands, which is home to saltwater crocodiles. Every day, there are fascinating and instructive wildlife shows for you to enjoy. See the infamous "death roll" and "head shake" of the saltwater crocodile at the Crocodile Attack Show, and meet some of the most venomous snakes at the Snake Show. Between shows, stroll through the timber boardwalks and trails to witness a variety of reptiles, tropical birds, and other species including the Komodo Dragon, wallabies, and koalas. Indulge in lunch or snacks at the in-house cafe (at your own expense) to sate your appetites after exploration.

Return to your accommodation after a wonderful afternoon spent in the company of Hartley's remarkable wildlife.
