Ticketing was fine but do take out the bit about printing the ticket. Most people are travelling. Mel, the guide was great. A real feature. I do think adding the Cotswold into the advertising was false as all we saw was a couple of thatched houses as we sped by. Overall, a pretty good day.Valentina

The actual trip was great and the guide was fantastic. But on the "headout" webpage you advertised this tour as "cotswold" but it did not stop at any of the villages. Althou Oxford and Stratford upon Avon are within the cotswold location, your advert was misleading to state "cotswold" in the tour and this should be made clearer.Laura

Reached Victoria Coach Station by 8:05. But was not able to identify the Evans Tours... was guided to a different platform and by the time I was able to find the correct one, it was 2 minutes over the time and the support staff was very rude
