Midtown New York: mob hits and hangouts route

This experience unfolds as a self-guided walk through Midtown New York, using your phone to unlock each story and stop. You follow a path that links mafia hit locations, prohibition-era speakeasies, and modern hidden lounges while you play through the city game.

Features

• Famous locations where the American Mafia assassinated their enemies appear as key stops on your route, so you can stand on the sidewalks where real mob hits once took place and see how ordinary city corners hide darker stories.
• Infamous hangouts from the prohibition era, also known as speakeasies, are pinpointed along the way, giving you specific addresses where mobsters gathered behind unmarked doors during the alcohol ban.
• Modern-day speakeasies and unique hidden cocktail lounges in Midtown are woven into the game, guiding you to current spots that keep the speakeasy tradition alive in a contemporary setting.
• A self-guided city game on a smartphone leads you from clue to clue, so you do not need a physical tour guide and can simply follow the on-screen directions and narrative.
• Full flexibility: start at any hour that suits your schedule because the tour is available 24/7, every day, and you can pause anytime and resume later without losing your place in the story.
• The city game takes about 2 hours to complete at a steady pace, but there is no time limit, which lets you stop between locations or revisit points of interest whenever you like.
• Free for kids is built into this experience, so younger participants can join the route on their own devices without an extra ticket while adults manage the main booking.
