Our ride on the London Eye was such a highlight of our trip! The views over London are absolutely incredible — seeing Big Ben, the Thames, and the city skyline from above gives you a whole new appreciation for how beautiful this city really is. The ride itself is smooth, spacious, and gives you plenty of time to soak it all in and snap photos without feeling rushed. One thing that would make the experience even more amazing? An optional audio feature inside the pod. Imagine being able to press a button and hear a quick 30–40 second fun fact about what you’re looking at — maybe one when you’re on the far right side of the wheel, one at the very top, and one on the far left. Just short, engaging tidbits that point out landmarks and share a cool story or bit of history. It would be such a fun way to learn while you look, and might even inspire visitors to explore more of the city afterward. Overall, such a memorable experience and 100% worth doing when you’re in London!

The engineering is impressive, but the 360-degree panoramic views are the real star of the show. It offers a unique, bird’s-eye perspective of the Houses of Parliament and the Shard that you simply cannot get anywhere else. The staff was professional, the pods were spacious, and the entire 30-minute rotation felt like a VIP tour of the skyline. Simply spectacular "High vibes and even higher views! 🎡 The London Eye provided the most stunning backdrop for photos and an unforgettable memory of the city. If you’re looking for that 'quintessential' London moment, this is it. Fabulous from start to finish!"The slow, smooth rotation makes it feel like you're floating above the history of the world. Listening to all the passionate staff telling the stories wish it had been all like that instead of hand held devices. The personal touch is better!

The overall vibes and the way you can complete the tour at your own speed. It was amazing to be able to see places you normally can't see, like the locker rooms.

It was fantastic, the tour guides were very friendly, it was well organized and timed, and the visit to the studio was incredible! We had a great time, and since it was my 40th birthday present, it was even more special and unforgettable. Thank you very much 🥰

Clear directions for finding the bus. We took the 7-hour package, which included about 1.5 hours for the trip there, 4 hours at the studio, and 1.5 hours for the trip back. That was enough time to visit the studio. We left after 3.5 hours, having taken lots of photos, listened to the audio guide, and seen absolutely everything! It was easy to find the bus to take us back.

It was such an amazing experience! I loved this Madame Tussaud more than others that I've visited in other places. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Thank you
