Seeing The Vatican, was a highlight however there was such large crowds and lines. It was difficult to manage. Our Tour got started late because of change in meeting location and some of the other group was quite late. The headset was not working most of the time and our guide was difficult to understand. We felt like we were just in line for hours and being moved around like cattle. What we did get to see was fabulous, but it was not worth the tour. I would definitely do it another way next time.Desiree

Paula was an excellent guide through the Vatican - there were extremely many visitors and she made the best of it, told us lots of interesting things and didn't dwell on the little things (e.g. vases). We knew that the Sistine Chapel was closed, but it would have been good to have been informed in advance that St. Peter's Basilica was also only partially open to visitors!Astrid

Our guide was super friendly and kind, but because both the sixtine chappel and the St Peter where closed we spend a lot of time in the museum. After 2,5h it's just not that interesting anymore. In the end he was able to get us into the st Peter, but the time was up so inside we did not get any tour/explanation. It's not his fault of course, he made the best of the situation - but for us it was a disapointmentEugenia

Julia our guide was exceptional. She answered all our questions and was very patient with us since English is not our first language.
