The Uffizi Gallery itself was great, and with early entrance during a slow point in the season, we had NO crowds, which was a real plus. This was only an audio guided tour, and we did not use the audio guide because our cell phones were too old to download the app, and we didn't really care since we have some knowledge of what we were seeing. My only complaint is that the instructions made a bit deal about entering at Door #3, and there ISN'T ONE. We wasted some time trying to find it, and asking people about it. It was a bit stressful, thinking we were doing something wrong that would prevent our entering.

I loved the skip-the-line entry! The Tour Guide was relaxed and extremely knowledgable. Sure it's packed as much of Europe is I am told- post pandemic- I knew that as an older woman first time traveller out of Australia. However, the Guide still managed to ensure we in her group, were kept closeby her and given fantastic information about many of the aspects of the Uffizi Gallery and shown and told what lives inside in its current exhibitions. Well layed out and great tech gear ensured we could hear our guide over all the other guides and unguided tourists. Well done Uffizi!

Pam was the best guide ever. She had the perfect mix of explaining the important paintings and always gave the context of the period of time. I feel perfectly informed and will recommend this tour 100%. Before I did not like that much the Renaissance but now, with a deeper understanding of the painter's motive, the difference between paintings for private persons or public institutions like churches, I start liking it. Thousands thanks. Dr. Andréa Eleonore

Everything perfect with no surprises. Entrance to museums without queues and quickly. Audio guides, ga handle carefully, however, are comprehensive and very helpful to enjoy the visits to the fullest.
