The Gallery is breathtaking, whatever you do, it is worth it visiting it. The process of entering was smooth. You pick up the tickets from an employee that is waiting for you in front of the gallery. The directions to get to her were very clear and she was very easy to spot giving the fact that she was bearing a purple jacket. She handed us the tickets and pointed to the entry and the line in which we had to wait. The whole entry proces took about 10 minutes including the security check. Inside, the audio guide map was clear and the explanations were clear and concise. Some say it is not complete. Indeed some paintings are not covered but the most important ones are. It took us 5 hours to visit and really listen to every audio. I think the missing ones don't spoil at all the tour as at some point one gets anyway very tired. For the average turist is perfect. You can do it at your own pace with rich explanations of the most important periods and pieces.

Michelangelo’s magnificent sculptures and the stunning collections of the Uffizi Gallery! You can easily see everything in a reasonable amount of time. It was a wonderful experience to spend the whole day surrounded by such beauty. At the Uffizi, you can take a coffee break with delicious ice cream to rest your feet and snap some beautiful photos while you’re at it. Buying tickets with a fast-track (relatively speaking) entry was well worth it. And of course, you need a full day to visit the Accademia and the Uffizi. At least 1.5–2 hours for the Accademia and at least 4–5 hours for the Uffizi.

The visit was made special because of our guide who met us to give us our tickets. Natalia is a wonderfully caring person, who helped us when our booking was missing information. She went over and above To make sure we could gain entry to the museum on time. Natalia will go far in life and you are fortunate to have her be a "face of Headout". Please acknowledge her for her efficien, kind, and dynamic abilities.

A terrible experience—it was incredibly crowded, with long lines and crowds of people gathered in front of the paintings. Despite the high admission price (€39.00 per person, including a €10.00 fee for Headout), we walked out after about 45 minutes, almost in tears. It was an experience that certainly won’t encourage us to visit Florence again.

Thanks to the digital tickets, we were able to make the most of our visit to the Uffizi. The digital guide was only available as supplementary information and could not be used in front of a specific exhibit. However, this was also the case with the device available for rent from the museum for €6.

It was a one-of-a-kind experience! We met our guide at the designated time and place to pick up our tickets, and we immediately set out to enjoy every single attraction. Seeing Florence from the Duomo and the Bell Tower was magical 💫

We really enjoyed our tour of the Uffizi; it was pretty crowded, but the artworks and the venue were wonderful! Thanks to the young woman who got us the tickets and explained everything so thoroughly—she was very thorough and kind! Thank you!

The Uffizi Gallery is amazing! I suggest getting a map and have an idea of what you want to see while you're there because there is so much. However, as I suspected, we were unable to download the audio guide. I contacted the customer support team earlier in the day and I mentioned it to the young lady providing us with the tickets. 3 different phones and carriers and none of us got it to work. We ended up purchasing the audio guides from the museum.

The Uffizi Gallery features impressive works of art from various eras. An audio guide is helpful for understanding the exhibits. So it was very frustrating that it didn’t work. We had four tickets, and none of us could download the audio guide (on Android or Apple phones). The staff at the Uffizi couldn’t help, since the audio guide was provided by a private vendor. In that regard, we felt the ticket price was overpriced. Too bad.
