Manuela was the star of my party's trip to Florence. She was very personable and engaging without being familiar. She was soon characterised as a very professional and scholarly Art historian, deeply versed in the Renaissance and its painters. Her explanation of how (and why) the Renaissance artists broke with the Church traditions of the earlier periods was masterly and worthy of a full TV program, along with her detailed and intricate analysis of Giotto, Leonardo, Michelangelo and finally Raphael's painting. I thoroughly recommend her as a guide who loved the art she described, leaving us all feeling much more knowledgeable and wise.

Our incredible experience was scheduled for July 12, 2026! The ease of purchase and the fact that we didn't have to wait in line were fundamental to an experience even better than we imagined! David is truly something monumental in all its grandeur; the line of busts of the emperors and the beautiful sculptures in the Uffizi Gallery are admirable! Visited Uffizi Gallery on 19 July 2026 @ 11:45am. I bought tickets online previous evening and it was an easy process; received tickets by email within one hour. Although the timed entry was 11:45am, I reached Uffizi Gallery half hour earlier, waited in line about 10 minutes and was allowed to enter the premises earlier. Security process was quick and easy. We enjoyed the visit to the gallery, had lunch in the cafeteria, took some photos from the terrace and walked out via Vasari corridor. All in all an unforgettable experience!

It was easy to buy them on the app. We still had to wait in line that day, but it moved quickly, and maybe if I hadn't bought the tickets in advance and at a specific time, I would have had to wait a long time. The audio guide works well, and it's great that it has photos of each exhibit—that helped me organize my visit a bit better.

You need to gate one (big signs all over the place) wait few minutes in the que, than security check, and You're in. Very good organized, astonishing piece of art inside. Couldn't imagine beeing in Firenze without visiting this museum

The visit was wonderful, but the excessive heat in the gallery caused us to cut our stay there short. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
