It was quick to exchange the ticket for the entrance ticket, with little waiting time to enter. The sequence of the points of the audio guide does not coincide with the tour of the gallery. The points on the audio guide do not match the room numbers either. Every time we entered a room we had to look for the explanation in the audio guide. Or the other way around, when we were interested in something in the audio guide we had to look for it in all the rooms until we found it. The audio guide should have two options in its presentation, a short one of important points and the other one a complete option. We could avoid wandering around the rooms looking for the audio guide and vice versa. In the same way the explanations of the audio guide are very good.

Our guide was superb. I am not a great art lover, but she made our tour of Florence's Uffizi Gallery come alive. The time we spent there flew by. Born in Florence, she had a real passion for her subject and was able to communicate that to our group. She made it seem like it was the first time she had done it when she's probably done it hundreds of times. I used to have to do it myself so I can appreciate a wonderfully professional performance. I would highly recommend the VIP small group guided tour of the Uffizi - money well-spent. I would love to mention her by name - I think it was Ilana (???) but we did the tour at 0900 on Friday September 19

The tour was very well organized, skip the line entry with very little waiting time. Pam was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable with a lot of interesting tidbits of information that held our attention the entire time. The guided tour was very well structured to give us the opportunity to see and hear about the most notable artworks within the time available for the guided tour. Of course, we stayed for several hours after that to take in as much as possible. Uffizi gallery is certainly a must-see in Florence. Overall great experience and well worth the visit!

Booking was easy and included an audio tour which could be downloaded prior to arrival on the app. Uffizi gallery was amazing, there is so much to see you will need a few hours there. The audio tour was a little disappointing as could not sync it to the rooms we visited, and there were many which could be visited in different orders. The audio by the gallery had numbered references to easily select the appropriate guidance for the pictures being viewed. I would recommend using the gallery's audio tour rather than relying on the app.

Pam was the best guide ever. She had the perfect mix of explaining the important paintings and always gave the context of the period of time. I feel perfectly informed and will recommend this tour 100%. Before I did not like that much the Renaissance but now, with a deeper understanding of the painter's motive, the difference between paintings for private persons or public institutions like churches, I start liking it. The ticket indicated that I bought an audio guide. However the QR code was just for entry and a staff member directed us to a long queue which we did not have time for. Also I realised at the venue that we had bought a ticket which was more expensive than a normal ticket. Seems that I was not offered an ordinary ticket.

Very well organized compared to other tour companies. They gave exact directions with pictures of where to meet, and our guide Anna was fantastic, very enthusiastic in sharing her passion for the art with interesting historical perspectives. This went much smoother than other tours we had booked with other companies.
