    Arrived at SANTA LUCIA station , the ticket office was just in front of the exit, it was the "only counter without a queue and in no time we were handed our passes, the rest of the day then was wonderful, beautiful day, although with a lot of people, but livable.

    Very practical 7-day pass. To pick up tickets, no worries and information provided by employees. You have to take the vaporetto at off-peak times, otherwise it's very crowded.

    Ticket sent by WhatsApp and on the app easy to retrieve. No problem for the entry cut wire . Interesting audio guide and practical tips for getting around the site. The only drawback is the audio guide app, which often has to be restarted because it stops during the explanation. but the visit was very good despite this technical problem 🤗

    With our "skip the line tickets" we were through the admission control in 3 minutes. The audioguide we had booked with us worked brilliantly offline and was excellent in terms of the wealth of information it provided. Like a guided tour with a historian. We were at the Doge's Palace on 18.09.2025 from 12.00 noon.

    This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.

    What a great way to start a trip to magical city on water, venice. Amazing experince which gives a kisk to the start. Everthing from.chexk.in to ride to disembarkment was a breeze and you enjoy your ride thorughly. The personnel.at the ticketing counter as well as at the boat are nice and polite. Highly recomend to ise this service!!!
