It was easy to buy tickets and the queue was really short. I liked all the safety checks, it felt like they took care of the ride and passengers! Well worth the money to sit down and enjoy the views.

It was our first time using this service as we had never flown into Stansted before. It was recommended by a friend and I have to say, it was first class, train was so efficient and spotless, congratulations on a great service, we'll definitely be using the Express again! I had a good experience using the Stansted Express. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and very convenient for travelling between central London and the airport. There was a short halt due to a signal delay, but the driver kept passengers informed and apologised for the delay, which was appreciated. Overall, the service felt straightforward, reliable, and stress-free, and I would happily use it again.

We visited Frameless London and absolutely loved it. The whole experience was immersive from the moment we walked in. The artwork surrounds you in a way that makes you feel part of it rather than just observing from the outside. Each room had its own mood and flow, and we found ourselves slowing down and really taking it all in. The visuals were stunning and thoughtfully curated, with music that genuinely added to the atmosphere rather than distracting from it. It felt engaging without being overwhelming, which isn’t easy to pull off in an immersive space. Staff were friendly and well organised, and the layout made it easy to move through at a comfortable pace. It’s a great experience whether you’re into art or just looking for something different to do in London. We’d happily recommend Frameless and would visit again.

The music made it quite an emotional experience. It was quite beautiful visually but having a soundtrack in the background elevated it.
