    The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that I ordered the Vegan tea experience and two of the items were actually meat and cheese. Very disappointing

    The Sky Garden was beautiful all over london in view the breakfast was very poor so we bought something extra. The boat trip was very nice and informative gladly again.

    We were at the wrong location, but after a call they saved our weekend by re-aranging our trip to another (paddington) bus. Within half an hour. That's what i call : SERVICE!!! The trip on the paddington bus we enjoyed very much and we knew 6 of the 8 Questions asked during the paddington Quiz😂 On the bus you feel like a star, as on each corner people make pictures of the well decorated bus. Something to remember!

    The moment of English afternoon tea was something special for us during our visit. We were greeted by a warm atmosphere with an aristocratic touch. The sandwiches, jam and roolls, cakes and tea were delicious. We appreciated The white and green porțelan set. It was a wanderful day!

    The booking was very easy to do and they downloaded offline so when I arrived with no connection I could still scan my tickets. Both of the activities were really enjoyable would definitely recommend to anyone.

    The amazing views and very lond gentleman at the bar that was very friendly and gave me a matcha even though it wasn't included in the hot drink options. And the blueberry croissant was delicious.
