Venice Tours

It was a very good experience, maybe the best we've had in Venice, Italy. I strongly recommend to spend a day going on this tour. We ate in Torcello right next to the Devil's Bridge so we could visit Burano the full 50 minutes. Murano was just interesting, did not stand out, though the glassblowing show was nice.

It was a great experience—the tour guide was fantastic—but I think we should have spent at least an hour on the islands at the first stop.

Spectacular. We'd never seen a palace this big before. We loved every single room. With your ticket, you need to go to the entrance of line 4 to exchange it for a physical ticket, and then you can go right in.

We managed to get last minute tickets thrrough Headout as our usual route for booking kept saying fully booked. It was fairly easy to get the vouchers when we arrived at the Doge's Palace and the visit did not dissapoint. So much opulence and history of how venice was run. Wall to wall gold and art history, the Venitians way of telling the story of Venice. We are lucky enough to photograph everything we see in this day and age. An amazing experience.

It's very peaceful and comfortable; the gondoliers speak a little Spanish, which is great, and they're happy to answer any questions you have about the history—they're very friendly. The woman at the ticket booth also speaks Spanish; she's very friendly and gives clear instructions. Overall, the service is excellent.

The guide Alessia spoke very clear English and what she told us was very interesting. It was easy to find the group at the beginning and we were informed in time of all the necessary changes. The basilica is unique and beautiful... you have to see it! The cathedral too... It contains many masterpieces by famous Venetian artists...

Easy to follow instructions, found our guide easily. The earphone and speaker we were each given was amazing. My husband wears hearing aids and worried he might not be able to hear, but even if a way away from your tourguide you don't miss anything with the earpiece. Our guide was fantastic, hearing bits from someone born and raised lin Venice was great! Basilica, Douges Palace, bit of the dungeons and glass demo! Highly recommend, well worth the price.

What a magical experience. you have the whole basilica to yourselves ( there were fewer than 20 of us) and got to see corners of the building you I would never see as an ordinary visitor. Phillipo, our guide, was absolutely superb-the most incredibly succinct and funny explanation of St Marco's place in history but also how the building worked. But the greatest coup de theatre was the start, when the lights inside were slowly turned on and we saw the full extraordinary beauty of the space. The fastest and most incredible hour I've spent in years, and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
