Our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and interesting. My father in law has a few health issues and our guide kindly took that into consideration, we also done the ghetto tour and again it was interesting and we saw a lot of the area. At the start of the tour we wasn't quite sure who our guide was and a few people were confused as there was very little information on the tickets but once we found our guide it was a very worthwhile tour

Ewa was a wonderful guide. Being Jewish herself, she was respectful, spoke with a lot of feeling, and she had a wealth of knowledge. Excellent!!!! The layout of the museum was amazing!

Highly recommended. It’s breathtaking. Our guide explained everything very well, and the pace was also very comfortable. There’s a restaurant in the mountain hut on the last stretch, which is also very nice. It’s definitely worth the trip.

An absolutely fantastic tour of the salt mine. Well-organized and starting right on time. Interesting salt sculptures and plenty of background information about the mine and the mining process.

Highly professional and perfectly organized—from booking to the end of the tour. Initial contact via WhatsApp, followed by a WhatsApp group for the tour with details on the bus location and meeting times. The guides for the bus ride and for the memorial (separate groups) were very professional without ever giving the impression that they were just going through the motions. All the guides were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
