Very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Great ease in ordering the ticket online. Despite being late for our session we were still able to see the Mines with a wonderful guide lady who was very entertaining but also told very interesting facts about the Mines. Overall a very good experience which I would definitely recommend .

Auschwitz Tour Review – September 2025 I recently joined a tour to Auschwitz from Krakow and overall, it was a very well-organized and meaningful experience. Our group leader, Carolina, deserves special recognition—she was incredibly efficient and kind. When we encountered a last-minute issue with the bus, Carolina resolved it within minutes by securing a replacement vehicle, ensuring the tour continued smoothly without delays. The tour operator’s organization was impeccable. Upon arrival at Auschwitz, we entered immediately and met our guide, who spoke the language we had selected during booking. The guide led us through the entire site with detailed and respectful explanations, helping us understand the historical significance of each location. We then continued to the second part of the tour with the same guide and returned to Krakow on schedule. However, one major downside was the unexpected change in departure time—from 9:00 AM to 5:30 AM. This change was communicated after the 24-hour window for free cancellation had passed, making it impossible to opt out. I believe this policy is unfair, especially for travelers with children or specific needs, as such an early departure can be quite challenging. Aside from this, the tour itself was excellently managed. Just be prepared for potential schedule changes that may significantly affect your plans.

Found it initially frustrating. We had found directions to get to Schindler's factory but the information was incorrect. We lost money as the tour is guided. We, because of TripAdvisor went on the tram 52 as we had missed the number 3. Note....52 goes nowhere near the museum. We managed to get to the museum and decided we would buy yet another pair of tickets. Tickets are non refundable or changeable. The tour guide was informative however was rather monotone in delivery, at times we didn't know where she was simply due to the volume of people in the space at the same time. We couldn't spend much time looking at the exhibition. There are far too many people in such a small space. We had read beforehand what the tour involved I.e the history of the war and the role Poland had in it. We we aware that it wasn't just about Oskar Schindler. He was mentioned but it was the trajectory of war. Others, obviously weren't aware and seemed disappointed that Oskar Schindler was not the main focus. We felt sorry for the people who had independently gone to the museum and self guided as they did struggle with the volume of tours and the difficulty in trying to look at the exhibition. I would suggest having smaller groups at any one time and possibly suggest either a morning or afternoon dedicated to those on self guided tours. This way the observer/viewer can really appreciate what there is to be viewed and learnt.

The guide, the museum, and the organization of the tour were highly professional. I have also written in the memory book that I sincerely congratulate the museum's concept constructors, "You guys are just cool!!!" Such a great country, great people! God bless you! SIncerely, Shushan Khachatryan

The instructions were clear and the guides were very informative, friendly, and helpful! Definitely an amazing experience and very educational.

The visit was pleasant. The Film about the origins was well presented. Furthermore, many explanations about how everything in the factory was arranged and made
