It was a fantastic experience. The staff were really good, they knew what to do and took care of us. I appreciate how timely they acted on every event they took us to. My favorite part of the trip is somewhere between the quad trip through the mountain and the thermal hot bath. All in all, an amazing experience it was for myself and my partner who went.

Good experience, the guide was very friendly and explained well all the information about this site. It is highly recommended to arrive very early given the influx of people. It is important to eat something before entering, since the cafeteria of the site is insufficient and keeps very full.

Fascinating place and tour the guide was especially good very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the factory and the war. The factory was really well designed that guides you through the story of Oscar Schindler and his life in Poland.

Since it was a third-party tour, no one knew where the meeting point was or who was the guide. Outside the building we found several guides but none of them was ours. At some point, after more than 20 minutes, we managed to find our group, which was already inside. Apart from that, the tour itself was great. Maybe too fast, but lasted the exact time planned, so it's ok. Would recommend it after all

Everything is very well organized, you visit many areas and the bus stops very often so it is not heavy. Our guide Karolina was amazing, she helped us with everything and gave us lots of information. It is true that the time in Zakopane is a bit short but it is true that the day is not enough. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend Schindler’s Factory. The museum is incredibly informative, immersive, and deeply inspiring. It does an excellent job of bringing Kraków’s history during WWII to life in a way that’s engaging and respectful, making it meaningful for both adults and kids. The exhibits pull you in room by room, and you leave with a much stronger understanding of the human stories behind the history. Definitely buy skip-the-line tickets. They were absolutely worth it...especially when we saw long standby lines outside in the cold. It made the experience smoother and allowed us to focus fully on the museum rather than waiting. A powerful and memorable visit that shouldn’t be missed while in Kraków.

Awesome day out, plenty of walking. Amazing things to see, and our guide was excellent. I really recommend this trip, well worth it.
