It was a very nice experience! The app does the best with the tickets and it was pretty easy to work with both the tickets and the stuff, which was very friendly and helpful. The castle was very nice! The only flaw was that it was too crowded and so we didn't have time to enjoy the view or the artifacts. Overall it was a pretty nice experience and I would recommend 100%.

Inside, the castle is surprisingly authentic. The rooms are small, the staircases are narrow, and the layout can feel almost labyrinth-like, which makes the visit engaging rather than staged. The exhibits are clear and informative without being overwhelming, and they help you understand how the castle evolved over time, especially during its period as a royal residence. The Dracula connection is present but kept under control. It adds a bit of atmosphere without turning the visit into a theme park, which is a good balance. You can enjoy the legend while still appreciating the real history behind the walls. One of the highlights is the view from the castle. The surrounding mountains and village scenery make the visit even more memorable and give a strong sense of place. Overall, Bran Castle is well worth the visit. It feels real, well maintained, and respectful of its history. A solid five-star experience for anyone interested in history, architecture, or simply iconic places in Romania.

The experience was positive. The guide Cristina was knowledgeable and gave a lot of useful and interesting information. The parliament is really beautiful and impressive so the visit is absolutely recommended. The only thing that can be improved is the directions to the meeting place (provided in our case by Mr. Claudiu). It should be clearer.
