From the start, getting kitted up in our Thermal finery. To the walk though the family property to the caves. Ash was a gentleman, lots of funny stories and always making sure you were safe. The caves were stunning and you were definitely on a road less traveled. The Glow Worms were amazing and you could spend hours looking at what shapes the water had created in the rocks and calcium deposits. The most amazing cave experience highly rate this over the bigger cave experiences in waitomo, it's small and intimate smaller group upto 6 max 8, you get amazing photos and can take your own in the caves, they provide you with all your gear, the glow worms were amazing lots of them to see it certainly was an adventure definitely recommend, I'll be going back! You won't be disappointed in booking this!

it's really good for us the drivers explained each winnery and Island history. But the bus time talble is every a hour route .when we miss the bus we have to wait a hour, it's waste of time for the travler.

It was a really nice experience to begin with. The bus tour driver bought heaps of trivias and jokes. It makes the trips so very welcoming. No dull moments, just pure happiness and enjoyment. Hope heaps of tourists will experience that kind of service. Highly recommend! The photo uploaded was taken at Station 13.

Our guide was so knowledgeable no matter what I asked. And friendly. Super funny. Such a shame all the rain has flooded the cave. I really hope not many Glowworms died. Thanks. 🐛

Our guided tour was amazing! The guide was knowledgeable and funny, and we much enjoyed it. Beautiful natural formations in the caves and few small areas with glow worms. Easy walks manageable for all.
