The audio part was great. Very upbeat and informative. We always got a seat up top - it wasn't overcrowded. The ticketing process was easy. The stops were selected to give us access to many interesting locations near the stops. The men working at and on the buses were very polite and helpful. We would definitely do it again.

We saw all the city highlights. Although it was my second visit to NYC, the hop on hop off bus did not disappoint at all !
