We had a fantastic canal cruise in Amsterdam. The captain / tour guide truly made the experience - he created a relaxed atmosphere from the start, made everyone feel comfortable, and kept us entertained with good jokes throughout the ride. It didn’t feel like a standard tour, but more like a personal, engaging experience on the water. The combination of beautiful views and a great guide made it memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back, and next time we’re bringing friends and family along. Highly recommended!

The Canal was tidy and okay but the story teller or the pilot was not engaging. It was like sitting in a boat and going from point A to B. It would have been nice to get more stories of the canal and the city itself

My wife and I experienced Amsterdam with guided tours. It was our preference to hear a more intimate accounting from a live human being. As such, we had expectations of hearing a live narrative from the captain or staff. Turns out the captain was the only staff and he relied heavily on the recorded audio. He spoke maybe two times. And had a cheeky attitude. Sarcasm didn't help us enjoy the tour.
