Visiting the Uffizi Gallery is an extraordinary experience and without a doubt one of the highlights of a trip to Florence. Standing in front of works that shaped art history, especially those by Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, and Michelangelo, is hard to put into words. The richness of the collection is impressive, but what charms you most is seeing how art and history meet in every single room. Buying tickets through Headout was simple and convenient, and the scheduled entry time made planning the visit so much easier. An unforgettable experience that I recommend to anyone coming to Florence. It's impossible to leave the Uffizi without seeing the city through different eyes.

Simple but standard booking. But what wasn't standard at all was the customer care for a modest booking for 2 people, their awareness of an issue linked to a staff strike, and replacing the tickets with a new time slot after consulting with us. Hats off to true professionals!

I made several bookings for a trip; everything was perfect and well explained for the museum entries. The audio guides are very comprehensive and give you plenty of freedom during your visits. You can book with complete confidence.

The sculptures by Michelangelo and the paintings by Caravaggio, Raphael, and Bocicelli are incredible. Being able to admire the frescoes in the dome of the Duomo was spectacular—I even forgot all about the stairs! As for the tickets, everything went smoothly.

A unique experience. They changed our entry time to the Galleries, but we had a great time. The second floor, where the most famous paintings are, was a bit more crowded, but you could still view them in detail.

Secure a reserved time slot so you can head straight inside, focus on the art you came for, and shape your visit around your own schedule.

Once inside, wander through the galleries room by room, pausing at paintings, sculptures, and views as you like, with no fixed route or time pressure.

Marvel at Renaissance icons like Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus, da Vinci’s early sketches, Michelangelo’s works, and Caravaggio’s gripping Medusa.

Upgrade your visit with an audio guide in multiple languages, adding context and stories for key rooms, star artworks, and lesser known highlights.

Choose extras like a Dex AI audio tour, or digital guidebook, or a live guide to tailor how much structure, narration, or independence you prefer.

The entrance is well signposted, and the lines for online tickets and the ticket office are clearly separated. The museum is very large, spread across two wings opposite the Palazzo Vecchio, but there is a set visitor route and it is relatively easy not to miss anything. Special mention, of course, to the works of Botticelli, the Birth of Venus and his Madonnas, as well as the sculptures of Leonardo da Vinci.

Having the timed tickets saved so much time waiting to enter, especially knowing that I was guaranteed to enter. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was certainly worth the effort to visit one of Firenze's highlights.

I only bought the ticket through you, but it was great for avoiding lines and delays. I did the visit alone because I prefer to go at my own pace. Thank you
