I double booked part of a tour and the staff I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. The Vatican tour guide Daniel was excellent and looked after the group very well. The lady tour guide for Ancient Rome in the afternoon was not very informative, and walked at her own pace. We skipped the Coloseum part with her because she was remiss, in our opinion, in offering historic information on the fRoman history which we learned so much more in a previous visit.
Our tour guides were very informative, the instructions given from headout were spot on. And our tour guide for the Vatican was absolutely amazing !!!
