Lovely and intelligent guide. Well-balanced castle tour with both historical information and useful casual city/country tips. Good value for money. It was lasting a bit more as expected but it was worth it! São Jorge Castle is one of the main sightseeing places in Lisbon so I think it is a must see.Awesome views to the city from the walls of the castle.

A really knowledgeable and lovely guide but even allowing for the €15 entry fee the tour did not seem long enough for the money , we were left feeling a bit short changed. Having said that we did get more out of the visit than we would have without a guide

Everything was perfect. Martins was an excellent and professional guide. I'm very grateful. Only at the counter they didn't accept your tickets, they said you couldn't sell guided tours. They were even a bit rude to me, saying that the ticket was worthless. They moved on to the next service, leaving me behind. I bought a ticket with Martins to check for a refund. Then I was guided by Martins and everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

The guide was knowledgeable but not that interested. We had done a tour with Frederico at St Jeronimos who was outstanding and has spoilt us for anyone else. We were also told to go into the museum on our own for 10 minutes which was surprising Frederico would have brought the place to life

The castle was amazing. The guide was very nice but not that great or enthusiastic. Nothing was mentioned that we couldn't have read on our own. No fun facts. Just ok. Would have enjoyed it better in my own. He was nice though.
