Train on time and super helpful and polite staff. Terrible experience with Headout. They told me I couldn't change my booking to an earlier time, when all I had to do was do it online on the Trenitalia website!!!

Easy to use but if you don't have WiFi, which I did not, I could not access the QR code. I had to take a photo of the QR and also sent it when I had hotel WiFi to my husband who did have WIFI

The Leonardo Express is a train service just as it should be. It runs often enough, is on time, is comfortable even when the car is full, has clean restrooms, and has conveniently located luggage compartments.

I booked a trip to Fiumicino Airport from Termini Station, and everything went perfectly! The train departed and arrived exactly on time. It was a new train with comfortable seats, working power outlets, and space for luggage. The trip went by very quickly, and it was easy to find my way around the station—the platform number was clearly listed on my ticket. Booking through the website was fantastic—I received my ticket immediately via email, and the schedule was up to date, which meant I didn’t have to go to the station early to waste extra time and money looking up the schedule and buying a ticket. The Headout service took care of half the organizational hassle! I really liked that! I highly recommend it.

The ride itself went very well. We were there a bit early so I changed, online, to an earlier train. I clicked on confirm not realising there was another window, with Tren Italia to also confirm, again. As the train departure platform was changed at the last minute and we all had to run, I did not realise the change was not completed. I found out when the ticket inspector pointed it out to me. It was stressful. He was busy and said he would come back, so was anxious the rest of the ride.
