The guide I had, Benjamin, was super friendly and really shared processed and assimilated information, not just basic information that anyone could google. It is recommended to visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with a guide in your language to better understand, enjoy and know the place visited.

The information in headout about the booking indicated that it was not allowed to take the tour with a babyseat, so we did not take ours (we had a 3-year-old child). Even we used the headout chat to be sure of this, and they told us the same. But, when we were in the monuments, we saw many families with babyseats, and we asked the official personel at the Coliseum and they said that, of course, it was allowed to enter with babyseats. Then, the information in the booking was wrong and this made our visit more difficult than it could have been with our child...

It was a great and well planned tour route, very long and elaborate but not at all tiring. Mostly the guide (Johnny)my the story flow along with the tour and used a lot of data and props diligently to help imagine the spots on the tours across the times in history. Mostly the guide was very passionate and fluent in expression despite lacking fluency in the language
